[Cheering & Clapping] Hey everybody, this is Randy Santel 'Atlas' and I am very very excited today!! I'm going for overall win #939. And again, it is time to eat some tacos. I've never actually had this style of tacos today but I am here in front of Talkin' Tacos, it is right now a food truck about to become a brick-and-mortar restaurant here in Miami, Florida.
We've got lots of people here which is much appreciated!! [Cheering & Clapping] I am here with one of the partners, Mr. Moe, he is going to explain this 40 & 40 or Birria King Challenge. Moe, what is a birria taco?
[Moe]: The birria taco is a special Mexican taco that's really popular in California.
[Moe]: We were the first to bring it down here to Miami. [Moe]: So the birria taco comes with hot braised beef with Osaka cheese, um onions, and cilantro. [Moe]: It is made um it actually takes a long time to process so we can get this perfection in this plate right now. [Moe]: It comes with a consomme which is basically the dipping sauce for the tacos, it's an oil-based dipping sauce that each taco deserves to be dipped in.
[Moe]: So let's cheer on Randy here to see if he can finish this!! [Randy]: Yes!! And then all of these tortillas are corn tortillas.
40 minutes. If I fail, it's going to be $120. But if I win I will get the meal free, I'll get a sweet t-shirt that I already have on, and then I'll be the first person once the restaurant opens on their wall of fame. I've never had a birria taco before, this is amazing!! This consummate is so good. Kamani, the original Birria King, made all these tacos; they're amazing!!
If you come here, you pretty much order them in groups of 3, and 3's a lot but I'm gonna get 40. Alright, 5 more left on this tray. We're 7 minutes 15 seconds in. [Let's go, Randy!!
] [Cheering & Clapping] Oh yeah, this Coke is going to help a lot. We're just under 10 minutes in. This is going to show us when I'm halfway. Alright, after this we're halfway!!
[Cheering & Clapping] [This ain't nothin', you got this man!!] I think the rain's gonna hold off on us so I'm excited about that.

Alright, 10 to go this is the 10 easiest. Ah, I've got to be the Birria King!! [Katina]: You got plenty of time, you got it!!
[Cheering] [Katina]: If I can hold an umbrella up for 40 minutes, you got this!! [Katina]: This is like an isometric hold right here. My workout for the day. [Randy]: Alright, we're 10 minutes now.

! [Cheering & Clapping] Ahh!! [Cheering & Clapping] Hey everybody, thanks for watching this video. That got crazy, we had to take a little bit of a break while it really started to rain there at the end there but we are all done.
I was able to chipmunk. Took me a little bit after to finish. If you try this challenge once the brick and mortar restaurant opens for Talkin' Tacos, I'm guessing there's going to be an hour time limit because that was a lot of tacos to eat in just 40 minutes. Very happy that I got here to Talkin' Tacos in front of their food truck that you guys watched to try all of those awesome tacos. Thanks to all of the owners, everybody here, and especially thanks to everybody that stood out in the rain and watched and cheered.
